I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been a therapist for over 20 years and have extensive experience helping clients with a variety of different mental health difficulties. I use a combination of different treatment styles to best fit my clients, but lean heavily towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice I see clients of all ages. I specialize CBT, CBT-E, TR-CBT, ERP, and Executive Skills Training. I also train new social workers and counselors.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to connect the mind and body. I specialize in working with children, youth, and adults of all ages, who struggle with an array of life experiences such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, trauma, peer and romantic relationship difficulties, low- self-esteem, exploring and understanding your identity as a Person of Color or an individual in the LGBTQIA+ community, and supporting families through conflict by improving their communication. In my sessions, I like to utilize a variety of tools such as music, art or role-play to engage your inner healing. Therapy is a journey and I am here on this road with you. Hi, Iām Ashley. I have my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at DePaul University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated in 2020 from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy and a minor in Psychology. I am passionate about helping others and have experience working with people with autism, mood disorders, ADHD, and insomnia.
